is the percentage of divorce so high in the UAE?
-Why

-The
advantages and disadvantages of getting married?
-How
should we reduce the divorce rate?
Ahmed Nabil started the meeting by introducing himself and his secretary. He mentioned the 4 points of the problem and his secretary began with the first point which was also a question to Ms. Khuloud: why is the rate of divorce so high?
Ms. Khuloud mentioned 4 points.
1.Cultural
clash
2.Quick
change in society
3.Arranged
marriage
4.Family
interference in the couples life
Mr. Abdullah Reehan was asked about the positive and negative sides of divorce.
The positive sides are:.
-If
they are forced by their family to get married so it is better for them to get
divorce
-If
they divorced without having children they will present the children with
possible psychological problems
The negative sides are:
-Loss
of interest between the two families
-The
high rate makes divorce like a habit to other couples.
The solutions were prepared by the chairman and secretary:
1
1-Make educational lectures to introduce the
lifestyle of married couples and the possible problems that can occur for the
two kinds male and female.
2-Create a period of time for the couples to
live alone before divorce and see if they are willing to live alone without
needing the other before proceeding with the divorce.
3-Let the female and the male interact with
each other in the work place and in the educational life with respecting limits
so they learn how to act in the presence of the other”
The meeting was well organized and prepared.
Ahmed Nabil closed the meeting at 1150
